This is great - and seems to correctly figure the benefits of Mentor in that crew size is factored in. However, it doesn't really make sense to assume Mentor is already at 100% when it is the first skill that is being calculated - it should instead start at 0% and end at 100% ... or am I missing something?

Deletementor is the skill on commander that gives bonus to exp earned in battle for other crew members
